About Us 
Procare Nurse Consulting LLC, is locally owned and operated by Alisa Pallister in Portland Oregon. Alisa, a native of Toronto, Canada, received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from McGill University in Montreal.
Alisa is a licensed registered nurse in the states of Oregon and Washington. She is a Certified Case Manager (CCM) and a Certified Nurse Life Care Planner (CNLCP).
Alisa has been a professional nurse for over fourteen years. She has experience in several disciplines of nursing, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. At the Montreal Chest Hospital, Alisa held a position as an acute care nurse, but also spent time working in the ICU, day hospital, long term care and ER.
After moving to the United States, Alisa administered chemotherapy and performed telephone triage as an outpatient oncology nurse in Portland, Oregon . She was then hired by Kaiser Permanente as a home health case manager and also cared for hospice and home infusion clients. As a home health nurse, Alisa performed nurse delegation in many adult family homes in Oregon and Washington.
She is currently contracted with the State of Oregon, Department of Human Services, to provide community based nursing care to Medicaid clients.
Of all this varied experience, Alisa finds her calling in home health care. She enjoys seeing clients in their own homes where she can devote her undivided attention to their individual needs. She also enjoys working with caregivers to help them provide the best care for their clients.
Alisa currently lives in Portland with her husband and three small children.
